A special thanx to Alan Belkin - my mentor
The dance adaptation by ballet director and chief choreographer Xenia Wiest to the commissioned composition is a free interpretation of The Little Prince (by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry), focused on the essence of the famous story.
Some characters and situations from the book clearly reappear, while others have been slightly altered, combined, or reinterpreted here and there to give the story a contemporary twist that reflects our current reality.
Thus, we see two princes: the young prince and the older, adult prince, who embarks on a journey to change his life.
